Cancellation Policy
We understand that various life circumstances may change your plans or mind. We offer flexible cancellations solutions and are happy to resolve any cases.
You can easily cancel and refund your flower delivery order if:
- there is more than 24 hours prior to the selected flower delivery date
- you have placed the flower order by mistake and want to cancel it immediately (within 15 minutes of placing your order).
We can process with the cancellation and store credit in all other cases, however we are always happy to assist in any special situations in order to find the best solution for our customers.

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues as a courtesy to the Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas/seasons. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and in container of equal or higher value. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. . Our goal is your complete satisfaction, please, rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value. We accept any feedback submitted within 24 hours of a delivery. In most cases we would ask for pictures or videos to support the case.
Any refunds are possible only in the case of submitted feedback within 24 hours from the delivery time.
Please note that in order to process a full refund for the product already delivered with the feedback submitted for any reason, the product MUST be returned or picked up by our driver. The return needs to happen within 24 hours of delivery.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will offer a refund or a replacement with the same or a higher value item.
